Waddle's World

That was hard to watch!

Well, the game played out as expected: Kyle Orton was rusty after a 2 year hiatus, the rest of the offense did nothing to "pick up" Orton, and the defense didnt make a stop in crunch time. Granted, the defense was better than usual, containing the Vikings top ranked running game, and forcing 4 turnovers. Brian Urlacher was "Johnny on the SPot" on a number of occasions, registering 2 sacks, an interception and a fumble recovering. I do give Bob Babich credit for making the necessary adjustments this time around, but his guys were left on the field way too long. So many issues, so little time. Lets just say that offense is dreadful and it needs a major overhaul. It certainly doesnt feel like this is gonna be fixed any time soon.
