Waddle's World

Well, there's no denying the dominance of the performance we saw out of the Bears on Sunday. Offense, defense, special teams, they pummeled the best team in the NFC, in my humble opinion. And for that, coaches, players, everyone involved deserves a ton of credit. With nothing but pride and self respect on the line, everyone in burnt orange and navy blue came to play. Despite the conditions, Kyle Orton made progress. They shut down one of the most explosive offenses in the league. And the special teams ruled the day. Each phase of the game was responsible for a score. So, WHERE WAS THAT THE LAST 14 WEEKS?! I guess it does no good to look back and ask why, but WHY? Expect another solid effort this week as the Bears look to win two in a row for the first time all season. At least they swept their most bitter rivals. Sorry, but it still feels like a hollow consolation prize.
