| 1. If the video doesn't show up, chances are you don't have the latest version of the Flash Player. You can download it here.

| 2. Network traffic may be high. Our videos are optimized for broadband internet (video data rate of 400 kbps).

| 3. If the video stops and won't continue loading, or you have a different issue, empty your internet browser's cache. Then, refresh the video page you had problems with. To do this, in Internet Explorer go to "Tools/Internet Options/Content" and click on "Delete Files". In Firefox go to "Firefox/Preferences/Cache" and click "Clear Cache Files". In Safari go to "Safari/Empty Cache" and click Okay.
