Crystal Lake Police and Fire crews investigate an accident involving an MDC Environmental Services garbage truck and a silver sedan on Route 176 at Mount Thabor Road on March 2, 2010. The garbage truck was traveling west on Route 176 when it struck the car and pushed it about 100 yards. The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the truck suffered injuries that were not life-threatening.
