Alden-Hebron Elementary School's Award

Alden-Hebron elementary school recently won an academic improvement award from the Illinois State Board of education. Principal Kim Qualls said the school's improvement was a result of fundamental changes in policy across the school. Every six weeks teachers, paraprofessionals and administration get together and individually analyze student's performance and tailor their curriculum to meet student needs.
